Nestling in the foothills of the Larzac and dominated by the Rocher des Deux Vierges, St Saturnin’s vineyards enjoy a hot climate, sheltered from the wind. The vineyard, along with that of Cabrières, was originally created by Nymphius, companion of St Benedict of Aniane.
